When a new ticket is created on the ticketing system by an agent. This needs to show as 'New' ticket. Can this be fixed?

Could you provide also a screenshot of the "Ticket Statuses" list (find it in "Site contents")? Make sure that fields ID
and InternalName
are visible on it.
