With the newest update to forms allowing us to open panels from the web part in site pages, we have implemented this with the helpdesk list. Unfortunately, when doing this, we have lost the functionality where the title is bold if there is an update on the ticket, is there any way that we can get this back?
Hello Jamal! The highlighting of the unread tickets is implemented with the field customizer. Unfortunately, it does not work in the web part. For now, there is no possibility to support this feature in it.
