Ticketing system not working


The ticketing system is not saving tickets after editing.

I'm going to ask you to kindly provide some more info.

  1. Please give us the URL of your HelpDesk instance
  2. Have you modified the ticket forms? If so, please restore the default forms and see if it helps.
  3. Does the problem appear with editing the tickets only? For example, please try to create a new ticket from the HelpDesk interface and save it. Does a new ticket get saved? In this case, this is likely a problem with the Edit form. Please restore it from the default one.
