Dear all,
since the latest helpdesk version does not support the "start a workflow" action, is there a workaround to set AddDays([date,X]) by trigger? (Trigger Action to enter date in custom column 3 days from now)
Calculating the value in a separate list column works fine, setting the value in another field via trigger does not, I assume because of the calculated value?
I would be grateful for any ideas.

Hello Aglika! You can use either a Power Automate flow or a calculated column. In the latter case, the order is the following.
- Create a number column "AddDays".
- Create a calculated column to add days to some existing date. I used the "Created" field.
- In the trigger set the value for the "AddDays" column:
