Unable to add/update tickets


We are unable to add or update any tickets in the helpdesk system as we get the following error. There seems to be an issue with the following endpoint as in the network tab of the developer tools we getting an 403 on the following url

I've passed the information to the developers. Could you also reproduce the issue and share browser console logs (F12 => Console, save logs as a file) and an exported HAR-file (F12 => Network => "Export HAR" button)?


Stefen, we had a temporary issue on our side that caused yours. Now all should work properly, could you check and confirm it?

Sorry about the late reply but yes everything is all working fine now.
