“unable to read beyond the end of the stream”

WHEN I GET OUT OF TESTING MODE AND GO TO ACTIVE MODE AND SUBMIT, THIS IS what i get as status report: "FAILED", which is further described as:

“UNABLE TO READ BEYOND THE END OF THE STREAM”

I am able to get the correct document delivered to e-mail in the testing mode but it has a water mark and I go to ACTIVE mode to get rid of the water mark but the above described FAILED status comes up and nothing shows up in my e-mail account anywhere [including in spam folder./].

I need urgent help ASAP and certainly before Sunday, the 8th August 2021 arrives.
