What would be the minimum Licenced Office365 Apps required the service account on plumsail

We use a service account to authenicate on office365 via Plumsail. In addition, we also forward all emails sent to office365 account to the a plumsail account.

The service account use has a Licence - Office 365 A1 for faculty and by default there are 23 apps added in it.
Does anyone know what would be the minimum licence office365 app required?
I'm assuming on Exchange Online (Plan 1) for email notifications

Hello Vincent. HelpDesk requires at least SharePoint service for functioning. It is not necessary to forward messages to the auto-generated e-mail address, but if you would like create tickets on the basis of the messages in your mailbox, then it is necessary. Also, HelpDesk has its own connector for Power Automate so the last service may be also needed. So in total, there are three services that HelpDesk needs:

  • SharePoint (required)
  • Exchange (preferred)
  • Power Automate (optional)
