When Sending Email, it stucks on Draft at the Mailbox Account


We are using Sharepoint Online + Office 365 and sometimes (occurs 10 of 100) when the workflows try to send an email, it gets stuck as a “Draft” at the Mailbox account, it is an email with attachments and sometimes it is the attachment file inside and some others not.

Anyone is been in the same situation? Could be something wrong at the network ?
