Word Template Issue

I have had a Microsoft Flow that populates a Word Template using Plumbsail. It has worked fine for a few years. I haven’t changed anything and today 100% of my instances of this flow are failing.

I opened a support ticket over 5 hours ago and haven’t heard a response.

I’m on a plan that has SLA. Is there someone I can call? I can’t find a phone number.

This is having a huge impact on our business. It’s frustrating to not have anyone to call or any way to get an immediate response. (So I spent much of the last 5 hours researching alternative software).

Any help would be appreciated. See attached photos.

The issue was caused some recent changes. We rolled it back and now all should be working fine. Please give it a try.
