Bulk Editing of List Items

We are looking at migrating some of our old data from another help desk system and would like to upload some items into the ticket list. Is there are way to bulk load data into the system?

Hello David,

Unfortunately, currently, we don’t have a public API for this.
However, you can manually write a PowerShell script to upload your data to Tickets and Comments lists.
