Error on install of new instance

Hi guys

have multiple instances of Plumsail Helpdesk running already in the tenant but wanted to add another, using the same credentials and settings I did for the previous instances.

When adding to existing site I get an error talking about scripting isnt enabled but I already have 2 instances running fine without issue, just this third instance wont install sadly.

When I try adding a new sharepoint site I get the error:

18:25:32: Installation started…
18:25:40: HelpDesk site is created.
18:25:41: The requested service, ‘https://helpdesk-services.plumsail.com//Services/Ver4/Install/InstallService.svc’ could not be activated. See the server’s diagnostic trace logs for more information.

any help would be appreciated.

Hello, @Duncan.

Can you please try to install it again, as we’ve recently updated the product.
Also send us your sharepoint domain (yourdomain.sharepoint.com) to support@plumsail.com so that we could check logs.

Just need to remove all the subsites I tried to create haha
