SOLVED: Plumsail Forms 3 Update Issue & Delete the ClickOnce file cache

I have submitted a support ticket

I launched PS3 and was prompted for an update. I accepted and now the app won't launch. I can send the full details but the summary is as follows:

ERROR SUMMARY
Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.
* Activation of C:\Users<secret_local_machine_user>\Desktop\Plumsail Forms 3.appref-ms| resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
+ Value does not fall within the expected range.

This is a non-domain device that I have used for several years to develop in Plumsail. Not sure what is happening but the "Activation" reference has me wondering. I paid my annual support some time ago so if you could give me some guidance, I would appreciate it.
