Unable to get list

Some users are getting getting an error in IE console that says "Unable to get list " Which is causing some other scripts to not run on the page. All users have read permissions to the vacancies list.

Is there a way to get more debugging information?

Thank you for your message.

Could you please clarify the version of Org Chart that you are using?
Is that problem persists only in IE?

We will research this issue and will try to fix it until the beginning of the next week.

We’re using version 2.3.9. The affected users are using IE (windows 10), but I can not replicate the problem on the version of IE (win7) I’m using.

Hi @cbenson

Please, try to upgrade your Org Chart to the latest version (2.4.1).
You may find the installer here (please download the installer and not WSP package).

After installation, you will need to deactivate and then re-activate the Org Chart feature (It is a very important step!).
