Hi, Today I noticed that our org chart is not displaying. When trying to check the page, I see I can no longer open the configuration. We are running 4.0.9.0.
How can I resolve this? I could try upgrading, but am concerned re: losing the config.. I also noticed this message in the sharepoint manage app
Starting April 2, 2026, SharePoint add-ins will be retired for SharePoint in Microsoft 365 and users will no longer be able to use SharePoint add-ins.
Having the same problem. I am on the latest version. The webpart doesn’t load in any browser or incognito/private session. Attempts to create a new org chart from scratch won’t load the configuration editor from the webpart menu.
The issues you described are likely due to recent Content Security Policy (CSP) changes enforced by Microsoft. We recently shared some instructions on how to address this in our newsletter.
As a quick solution, you can download and install the latest version from our website, which will automatically configure the necessary permission settings for you. If updating is not an option at this time, please reach out to our support team at support@plumsail.com for guidance on your specific setup.
We are having this issue as well. I’ve uninstalled the app from the SharePoint admin portal (Apps Page), downloaded the latest version, reinstalled it, and re-added it to my site. It did not solve the issue.
Could you please try manually adding our domains to your trusted script list? This will help us confirm whether the issue is related to the CSP enforcement.
All instructions are available in our blog:
If the issue persists after that, please share your logs with us at support@plumsail.com, and we will be happy to assist further.
