Is there a way to create accessible PDF files from Word templates? In the Word template I work with paragraph layouts (styles), which I want to embed as tags in the PDF.

I’m having some difficulty understanding your issue. Typically, accessibility tags are preserved when converting files between DOCX and PDF formats.
