How would it be possible to pull in more fields from our Active Directory for use in the boxes? For example, we have a Country field that we would like to display, but it does not appear in the setup for the orgchart. How could we accomplish this?

Thank you for your question. Org Chart displays data from SharePoint user profiles. User profiles are synchronized with AD. Unfortunately, Office 365 doesn’t support synchronization of custom AD attributes to user profiles. You have two options here:
- To implement your own sync logic for additional attributes. You can use PnP user profile bulk updater for this purpose.
- We can implement additional data source for Org Chart which will get data directly from active directory. It is paid support, you can contact [email protected] for more details.
