Adjust Image Size in Multiline Text Field

We currently have a form that includes several multiline text fields that allows for pictures. However, the pictures are coming in too large. Can someone provide an answer as to how we can adjust the size of the image?

You can resize the image by dragging the bottom right corner of the image:
