After adding app, no app in the ribbon

I am trying to install this in our Office 365 SharePoint Online environment. However I am not seeing the product icon in the Ribbon nor am I having success adding the manual link to the Content web part. Is there something I am missing? The product looks promising but I have to test it to make sure.

Thank you for your message.

Manually you can add the only web part to the page.
If you need to add a ribbon button on the panel, please, open OrgChart app page, click on “Add ribbon button” and enter your credential (you must use a username in the format: username@yourDomain.onmicrosoft.com).
