Since around 09:45 UK time this morning we are seeing consistent failures trying to generate documents using the /generate/from-docx end point.
Error response is

Our logs show requests prior to 09:45 as successful.
Edit:
As of 2024-12-09T10:58:14.155Z requests appear to be making it through now. We changed nothing on our end.
We've got the same problem here. Waiting for a Plumsail's response !
We have had the following response from customer support.
Please accept our apology for the issue.
It should work ok now and was related to some recent update. We rolled it back for additional testing.

Yes, the issue was fixed yesterday and all should be working fine now.
Our developers researched the reason for the issue to avoid it in the future.
