I have to ensure attachments is made mandatory in the inline edit of spdatatable row.
Has anyone tried this?

Currently, the Attachments field is not editable at all in the List or Library control: Inline mode, so we can only offer paid support to add this functionality. If you're interested, contact us at support@plumsail.com, where we'll estimate how much time this will take.
If you want to use List or Library with Attachments field, we can currently recommend sticking to the Dialog mode, that way you can make attachments field required for new items.
