I have a trigger with an action to set the assigned to field to a group. I can manually assign tickets to this group but the trigger doesn't work. Any ideas?
Also the logs say it succeeded
Actions runs:
Action #1 “Set field” succeeded
Action #2 “Set field” succeeded
Action #3 “Set field” succeeded
