Azure AD groups routing not working

Hi Team,

This Azure AD group routing not working for a particular form, its not redirecting to the right Edit and Display form.

Dear @navpreet,
And does it work for all the other forms? Check for other conditions, see that there is nothing else affecting routing - no custom scripts, no SharePoint groups, etc.

Users must be directly in the group for routing to work, no nested groups. If all else fails, we'll ask to open the Network tab in the browser, record the user opening a form in Network tab and send us the log as HAR file to support@plumsail.com to analyze.
