When we add a boolean field to a form, there is an option for it to display as a checkbox, but that doesn't seem to work as even when that is turned on it displays as a toggle. How can I get it to be a checkbox?

I couldn't reproduce the issue so far. Could you share some screenshots of the problem? Does the Advanced mode work?
