Hello, I have a question regarding Plumsails document automation capabilities.

First, for background, our team wants to build a PowerPoint presentation that serves as a master document for different stories that our organizational members submit via Microsoft Forms.

So the specific question I have is:

"Can a PowerPoint slide be automatically created and added to a master PowerPoint document each time a user submits a new Microsoft form response? "

Ideally, the way the workflow would behave would be:

1. A new form response triggers the workflow.
2. Then, a slide template will auto-populate with data from the new response.
3. The workflow would then add the slide from step two to the master PowerPoint presentation.
4. Then, the same process repeats each time a new form response is submitted.

It's not possible using PowerPoint option but I think it could work with PDF

• There is a main PDF file
• A customer submits a new form and it fills a PDf form with [Fill in PDF Form] action(Power Automate actions and triggers — Plumsail Documents Documentation)
• Flow merges the main PDF with the new filled PDF form with Merge PDF action

The same scenario is also possible using main DOCX:

• Create a DOCX file from template with Create DOCX document from template action each time a new form is submitted.
• Merge it with the main DOCX file with Merge DOCX action
