Can I disable zoom somehow?

Open configuration wizard (gears icon in the top right corner of the web part). Then navigate to the third step of the wizard ‘Visual settings’ and uncheck ‘Enable zoom’. Read documentation for details: http://plumsail.com/sharepoint-orgchart/docs/advanced-web-part-configuration/#visual-settings
