Cannot Access Forms App

After registering today and confirming my account, I downloaded the Designer app for use with public forms, but I’m not able to sign in. I’ve followed all the steps outlined in the documentation, and I can login online, but the App just keeps saying “Invalid username or password”. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the App, and restarted my machine with no luck.

There was another thread about this (Invalid Username or password) but there’s no indication as to whether that user’s issue got resolved and if so what the resolution was…

Can you send us a screenshot from the app where you get the error? Also, you can try to reset the password, just in case, here - https://auth.plumsail.com/Account/ForgotPassword
