Cannot find the root item"122". How to fix this?

Hi,
In my Org Chart data source from SharePoint list. Item ID is ID and filter by root id “122” but it throws error “Cannot find the root item” but that ID found in the list. HOw to fix this? thanks.

Hi Sam,

This is to inform other community members about resolution.

After TeamViewer session we were able to resolve this issue. The issue occurred because of lookup list view threshold. There were too much lookup fields in the SharePoint list.

In the next version we will add error notification for browser console about the error with lookups threshold.
