Cannot install trial version in a client's tenancy - Fails at App Registration

Can you provide a link to a HelpDesk SPFx package so i can deploy it to the app catalog?

While I have SharePoint Admin Role - I am not able to set up app registrations and this is where it's failing:
2:53:12 PM: Registering HelpDesk application...
2:54:43 PM: Call failed with status code 500 (Internal Server Error): POST https://helpdesk-installer.plumsail.com/2.1.22/New

I saw the link to the SPFx package and deployed through App Catalog, and down to site - but didn't unpack either.

Hello Rob! We released a fix for the wizard. Please start it again, it will be updated automatically. After that the installation should be successful.
