Cannot read properties of null (reading 'DottedLineManagerIds')

Dear Team,

We have an issue expanding some boxes in org chart when view "Top to bottom with grouping of leaf boxes" is selected - when we click on expand, the system just hangs.
Other views work correctly. The issue is valid even if when we removed all custom JS and CSS.

We have SharePoint 2016. Attached is the list with content that you may use for testing.
OrgChartIssue.stp (64.9 KB)

The problem is with "CIO-1", "CIO-2", "CIO-5", two others ("CIO-3" and "CIO-4") work fine.

In the console we that the issue is with "DottedLineManagerIds", but we don't use it - field "Dotted manager ID" is set to "None" in the configuration.

Console:
Uncaught TypeError: Unable to process binding "foreach: function(){return nodes }"
Message: Unable to process binding "template: function(){return {'name':'pochNodeTemplate','data':$data,'afterRender':function(_x,_y,_z){return($root.afterNodeRender)(_x,_y,_z);}} }"

Dear Ilia,

Could you please share a screenshot of the 'Data source' tab in your configuration wizard?

Hi,

Please see attached.

Regards,
Ilia

Hello Ilia,

Thank you for the screenshot. We were able to reproduce the problem. The developer will have it fixed up soon. As for now, you can use any other layout as a workaround.

Hi Anton,

Do you have any news?

Regards,
Ilia

Hi @isychev,

Good news - we've just released the fix just about an hour ago. But before you can see the change on your end, you'll need to download the new version and update it using the installation wizard.

Hi @a.cox,

Thank you! We will test it.

Do you have OrgChart 4.x for SharePoint 2013/2016?

Regards,
Ilia

Ilia,

The fourth version of Org Chart is currently exclusive to SharePoint Online. Sadly, we are not planning to migrate it to On-Premises anytime soon.
