Hey there. I'm trying to save a form to a particular site (SPO) and I keep the above error. I looked around and noticed that the EditForm.aspx does not get saved into the Plumsail list folder. I've attached a snapshot of the error.

Hello @dwilliambaker,
There are two most common reasons for 500 server error.
The first is the scripting capabilities are not enabled for the site collection. Please check and enable them manually.
We highly recommend using Powershell commands:

The second is issues on MS servers of SharePoint, and it does happen occasionally. Wait and try to save a form again.
