Can't open documents since auth was down

Hi, we haven't been able to open documents since plumsail was down last week. has anyone experienced the same and how did you fix it?

Please try to regenerate the documents and check if you can open it now.

Still not working. no one on my team can open the documents.

We're researching the issue and it seems that the documents cannot be generated correctly due to the graphs inside the template. We'll keep you posted about the results. Thanks for waiting!
