Can't search tickets when using search box

Hi Everyone Good Day.-
I use HelpDesk(SharePoint 2016 version) and just noticed that when trying to search a specific key word, it doesn't display info.
I'm attaching screenshots of an example.

Hello Mario! Are you sure that the search should return any result? Please try to seek of the displayed tickets - does it work? Also, I would like to draw your attention to that you used the default SharePoint search field. You can also try the HelpDesk one in the upper right corner:
