Change manager of an employee

Hello Plumsail Community,

Is there a way to change manager of an employee? Data are filled from AD, and this change cannot be done in AD. I need to move an employee from one manager to another. Thank you for answer.

Hi @specializeds,
We can't change the manager from within the Org Chart. The possible workaround for this is to change the data source to use a SharePoint list.
You can export all your Active Directory profiles to a SharePoint list and then make the necessary corrections in the list, change managers, job title etc.
