I have added the check box control to the form. Once you submit the form and reopen the form the box is blank how do I have the check stay once a user checks it?

Please create the column, select the column type “Choice (menu to choose from)” and choose “Checkboxes (allow multiple selections)” under Display choices using.
The field should appear under Sharepoint fields on the left in Plumsail Form, add it to the form.
Adding field this way will store the data in the list.
