Check box on pdf print

Hi,

We have a form that currently have checkboxes that needs to be printed on pdf. But the checkbox is jot being displayed on the pdf form

What type of field are you using to create the checkboxes? Could you share some screenshots of the problem?

Hi @John_Mark_De_Jesus,

Similarly to SharePoint lists, display forms don't display checkboxes if they are empty. Could you try using edit forms to make the PDFs?
