I have a workflow that copies a document from one library to another within the same site.
It works fine for Microsoft documents (.doc, .xls, etc.).
However, when I copy a PDF file using the workflow, I have to look in “Manage files which have no checked in version” to find the PDF. Then I have to “Take Ownership of Selection”, and manually check in the PDF file before it is visible.
The copied PDF document is owned by SharePoint Service Account.
I have added the workflow action Check in Document, which does run without error, but the PDF still ends up in the “Manage files which have no checked in version” area.
Your help is appreciated as this all needs to be copied and checked in with no manual intervention.
