Co-op Document Link error

Users are getting this error when submitting a simple form. Just started happening. Any thoughts on the possible cause?

EDIT: Discovered Co-op Document link is the name of the field. It is a hyperlink field in SharePoint. Will troubleshoot why the error was given, as the field is not required.

Looks like the form is failing to save due to invalid input into the Hyperlink field, do you need help to debug why the input is invalid?
