Collect multiple signatures on a form

We have a simple scenario using Public Forms. We need three different people to “scribble” their signature into an image part on the form. Ideally person one would complete the fields and sign. Then the form needs to be “sent” to the other two for their signature scribble.

How can we achieve this?

You will need to set up automation in Power Automate, Make, or Zapier. The scenario will be: a user submits the form, and the link to it is sent to the next person.

The exact setup depends on where you are planning to store data: in the Plumsail account, in SharePoint, or in Airtable.

Thanks Margo for the quick reply. I have created the form with two signature fields. User one completes the form, signs it and submits it. I am using Power Automate to save the data to a SP list and also send Teams notifications.
But what is the strategy to notify the second person to open the Plumsail form for signing?
Sorry - I am not seeing the method.

Is there any particular reason to use Power Automate to save data to SharePoint?

Plumsail Forms now has a direct integration with SharePoint, so field and control data is saved straight to SharePoint. Using the direct integration, your scenario would be very easy to achieve. The flow will simply send a link to edit the SharePoint list item via Public Forms to the next approver.

The flow steps would be:

  • SharePoint item is created or modified
  • Send email with the link to a public forms with the item ID. The example of the URL:
