Commenting does not work on Plumsail Forms

Hello,

since about 2 weeks (maybe for longer as it was holiday season) the standard commenting feature stopped working for almost all our users. There are different behaviours sometimes the users cannot send any comment sometimes they can but cannot mention users. Using mention also breaks it for the users that they cannot comment anymore even without mentioning till restarting the browser. Old comments are visible like normal. I also got 1 user where everything works fine. I tried different everything from changing permissions to changing browsers but no luck.

I first thought it would be a MS thing but the issue only appears on Plumsail Forms and when I delete them for testing it works normally till implementing the Plumsail form again.

Any Ideas what to do? A lot of our users rely on the commenting ability.
