Contacting Support

Has anyone had luck with contacting support?

I created an account several weeks back and when I use my log in, it says the password is incorrect. I didn't change the password, but okay. Went through the reset steps and received an email that says "Account for this email doesn’t exist... you can register for a new one". Interesting.

Went through the registration process and received an email that says, "Someone tried to sign up with your email We noticed that someone tried to sign up with this email, if that was you please sign in or reset your password." ??? How can I reset the password when the account supposedly does not exist.

Sent an email to support on 10/16 and no response.

I found your account in our database but it's marked as deleted.

Could you confirm if you could log in to the Plumsail account with your email? If yes, did you delete the account in the account settings?

Our main support email is support@plumsail.com. I couldn't find a ticket from your email yet. Please let us know if you received an automatic notification with a case number.

Just in case, try to send a new email to support@plumsail.com and let me know the ticket number.

I signed up for the service and then was unfortunately out for a family emergency. During that time the person I work with on Airtable automations put this project on hold but I don't thinks she would have had a way to delete my account. Let me ask my admin if she recalls doing anything with this. I'll set up a new support ticket. Thank you for the quick reply.
