Copy attachment accross site collections

Hi guys

when I try and run the Copy attachments to url it works when it is within the same site collection

but when I try and move it across site collections I get the following error

Exception: Value does not fall within the expected range.

any help would be gratefully received

Hello Jack,

Unfortunately Copy Attachments current doesn’t work cross-site. It allows you to copy attachment within one site only.

We plan to fix it in one of the future releases.
