Copy Document from fails with invalid URL

I’m running into “invalid URL” failures when I attempt to have a SharePoint 2013 workflow do a “Copy document from”. It just needs to copying a single file from one library to another library in the same site. It’s occurred to me that I have spaces embedded in the library names (which isn’t easy to fix as far as I know). Can anyone show an example of the parameters that would work in this case? Is there a way to put quotes or something else around the source & destination URL’s?
