Hi guys,
how can we copy list items for sub sites by using office 365.

Hello Sanjana,

Actually, you can’t copy a list item, you can create another item in another site with the same properties.
To do this you can use Create List Item at Any Site workflow action. Which is included in Workflow Actions Pack.
