Create Site Action is creating a new site, but throwing an e

My site normally takes about 45 seconds to be created, but the this exception is thrown after about 30 seconds and appears to have timed out. The workflow is associated with a standard SP Calendar list. WF Internal Status becomes “Suspended” and the following message appears:

Hello Ray, I’m glad to inform you about that we have solved your issue related to ‘Create site’ workflow actions. Please download upgraded version of Workflow Actions Pack from our site.

Strange thing happened yesterday.
I suddenly got an error during “Create Site” action that resembles this post very much (see below).
But last week this WF ran without problem

Any idea what might have caused this situation to occur?

NB! Just to be sure I downloaded current version and reinstalled WF yesterday. No effect.
