Custom SMTP (Office 365)

Hello there!

Can't seem to get the SMTP settings running for a test:

We're running a hybrid environment, online server located in EU, outbound policy allows forwarding.

What am I missing?


Hello! Please ensure that basic SMTP authentication is enabled in your tenant. Also, try to use the same settings in the Outlook application - does it work?

Instead of the custom SMTP, you can try to bind an Outlook mailbox according to this instruction - it supports the modern authentication though it is still on beta.
