Custom Statuses

Hi guys

I have a need for custom statuses which I have amended

how ever the bar along the top with the number of tickets is now incorrect as it is not misusing the ‘solved tickets’ as we have a invoiced as our final status

please could you advise how these get there data?

Hello Jack,

Currently, you can’t change the status names, but you can add your own additional statuses.
In the next release, we will add ability to change default status names.

We plan to release a new version during two-three weeks.
