We have a user that shows as deleted contact when they submit a ticket by email, as shown below. The requester field also stays blank.
Is there a solution to this? I have tried deleting existing contacts for this user and getting them to email a new ticket after, but get the same "deleted Contact" title.
When you open the ticket, in the "Requester" field you should see the contact's e-mail. Filter the "Contacts" list by it and edit the accordant contact. It should have an empty name, not the text "Deleted contact".
