Deleted contact on tickets


We have a user that shows as deleted contact when they submit a ticket by email, as shown below. The requester field also stays blank.

Is there a solution to this? I have tried deleting existing contacts for this user and getting them to email a new ticket after, but get the same "deleted Contact" title.

All other requesters work as normal.


Hello Steven! Please edit the "deleted contact" in the "Contacts" list and fill the name. Does it solve the issue?


I have searched the contacts for "Deleted contact" but it does not exist.

When you open the ticket, in the "Requester" field you should see the contact's e-mail. Filter the "Contacts" list by it and edit the accordant contact. It should have an empty name, not the text "Deleted contact".
