I want to create an OrgChart, but we have departments that are subordinate but share the same manager. For example, Department A has John Jones as its manager, and the department directly below it, Department B, also has John Jones as its manager.
How can I build this in the OrgChart Webpart in SharePoint Online?
DataSource is a SharePoint List.

Just to confirm my understanding of your case:
On the data level, all employees from these units report directly to John Jones. Your goal is to then visually categorize them based on their specific department, is that correct?
If so, a possible workaround is to use the dotted-line manager feature to clearly trace this departmental hierarchy within your schema.
