Distinguish if a comment is made from an another Agent vs Someone who is CC'd

Is there any way to set up a trigger to distinguish if a comment is made from another agent vs users who are CC'd? We would like our CC'd users to only get an email from the assigned agent or other agents and not other comments from CC'd users.

If anyone cared... it was straight forward after some more thinking. [Comment.From.Role] equals Agent.
