Document Library with Same Filename

I am creating a a form with a document library (a sub-form).

I am getting this error.

There will instances where a document submitted by Department A will have the same filename with the document submitted by Department B.

Can you help with this please so the document submitted will not be replaced due the same filename?

Hello @Jamail_Serio,

The SharePoint library does not allow you to store files with the same name.

We can offer paid support for adding the option to save both files, as it is done in the SharePoint library. If the file with this name already exists, add an index to the file name: File name (1).pdf
